The Marketing and Communication department based in Stockholm provides strategic and operational support to reach Nordic business goals. The team manages all aspects of communication, advertising, strategic marketing, operational marketing, events, client support and projects. It is composed of five team members with different profile depending on experience, skills and channel focus: 1 Head of Marketing and Business Development, heading up the team, 2 Senior Marketing managers (communication and product) and 2 Senior Sales Support Associates. The team has a pooled approach to ensure support across the different roles should this be required.

Purpose of your role:

In order to cover a 1 year maternity leave, we are now recruiting a Marketing Manger to start in January 2014. The primary purpose of this role, as part of the Nordic marketing team, is to plan, develop and implement marketing and PR activities in the Nordic Region. The jobholder is also responsible for maintaining a high level of quality in both marketing and business support with the objective of strengthening the Fidelity brand position across the Nordic markets.

Your key accountabilities:

The new joiner will take full ownership of distribution and campaign marketing, promotional material, advertising, branding and PR:

• Develop marketing materials and fund information supporting strategic partners and distributors
• Coordinate marketing and press activities including managing agency relationships
• Take overall responsibility for successful coordination and implementation of events
• Promote Fidelity's capabilities and product offerings on the web site
• Increase/maintain overall brand awareness through ongoing presence in key media and with online partners
• Ensure all communication is in compliance with business and industry regulations

Vem är du?
You have a university degree in business and 3 to 5 years experience from a marketing department. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the financial services industry; experience from the fund management business is an advantage. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in Swedish and English. You have experience from working with internal or external suppliers such as advertising agencies, media agencies, production agencies and printers. You are highly organized, details oriented and are used to work in a multi-task environment. You have experience of
working for an international company, and ideally within a matrix structure. You have excellent PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
