Working with the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for translating business plans and objectives into a marketing strategy. This will encompass executable marketing plans and campaigns that drive quality leads, pipeline revenue contribution and awareness of NTT Com Security and the WideAngle service portfolio in the market.
Working closely with external agencies and suppliers, internal systems and regional/global marketing colleagues, the marketing manager plays a key role in defining on-going value propositions, and their transformation into revenue and profit.
The right candidate will have experience creating content for the purpose of increasing the presence of growing brand and, ultimately, generating demand in the Swedish market.
Key Responsibilities >
As a Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include
> Assist in the translation of business objectives into Marketing strategy and supporting marketing campaign plans and tactics for both NTT Com Security and its WideAngle services.
> Identify target markets, their needs and develop packaged offerings and strategies to communicate with them.
> Create high quality content in various formats.
> Develop communication, PR Strategies and plans with tactics to support business objectives.
> Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using a range of outbound and inbound marketing tactics like for example email marketing, social media, industry events and round table meetings.
> Handle and manage the marketing automation platform, develop, set up, execute and report on lead nurturing campaigns.
> Management of regional website operations and content together with content management systems.
> Manage for marketing purposes, the integrity and on-going enhancement of both customer and suspect/prospect database and CRM System (Pardot and Sales Force).
> Work with the Marketing Director, Sales Managers and business area owners in the on-going creation and development of value propositions to drive profitable business development.
> Work with all appropriate agencies to deliver high impact integrated marketing.
> Responsible for providing a consistent ?face to the Market? for NTT Com Security by working across all internal departments to drive consistency.
> Working with sales departments, internal departments, customers, and agencies, oversee the development and production of all marketing and sales collateral, case studies, white papers, articles and press information.
> Manage effective use of marketing budgets, and vendor funding, and provide marketing reporting necessary for the management of the marketing function.
Experience Skills and Qualifications >
As a Marketing Manager your skills and qualifications will include:
> Have excellent editorial, copy writing and marketing communication skills within an IT Company.
> Solid experience within a similar marketing role within a communications and event environment, preferably with an IT Company selling consultancy services.
> Experience of planning and organising events.
> Experience of marketing Automation tools and processes.
> Development, management and execution of communications through social media platforms.
> Experience working with Web content management systems (CSM)
> Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments, with the ability to work well under pressure and toward tight deadlines on a number of projects.
