Kyocera Mita Svenska AB is expanding their operation in the Nordic countries. As a step in this process the company will employ a Marketing Communication Assistant at the Nordic head office in Stockholm.
The main goal working in this challenging position is to support the Marketing Manager in the corporate marketing department. This work includes handling of; advertising, e-marketing tools, product photos, product videos and web contents. Other tasks that will be handled independently are; performing tasks according to general instructions and/or company guidelines. Define professional collaboration within the framework of projects, providing department information, success stories and preparation of relevant topics for newsletters, internet and presentations. Participation in road shows, trade fairs, events, departmental and divisional meetings. Support in products launches and execution of direct marketing, advertisement and content provision for the web regarding brand/advertising. The Marketing department will support market communication related issues for the Nordic market.
Professional Experience to succeed in this role; you have several years of relevant experience in a marketing oriented environment. Knowledge of marketing/branding and production execution as well as IT market experience, including basic knowledge of marketing instruments. Experience working together with agencies and external service providers is an advantage. Good oral and written English and Swedish, together with good articulation in internal and external communication. Other tasks included are planning of seminars and distribution of marketing materials.
Education; Completed commercial education or technical education.
