The Marketing Communication team at CellaVision serves as the company's public voice, creating campaigns that lead to positive brand awareness and delivering a cohesive company message across all channels. The team currently consists of 2 team members at the moment: Director Marketing and Brand Communication Manager.
This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved and influence the global image of CellaVision. As a Marketing Communication Manager at CellaVision, you will have your own area of expertise and work in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
Your primary role is to drive creative, digital, and traditional
marketing communication campaigns. You are responsible to plan, develop and implement the tools needed to achieve the marketing goals. You maintain and execute a global marketing communication plan with a focus on exhibitions, advertisements, and product launches. You provide marketing-related support to both our global distribution partners and internal sales organizations. Marketing Communication Manager reports to Director Marketing.
Key tasks as Marketing Communication Manager:
• Project manage the development of materials and tools, such as campaigns, marketing and sales presentations, marketing material such as product sheets, ads for the website with a focus on strategy & copy.
• Plan and manage the staging of congresses with oversight of our exhibition partners.
• Write engaging copy for dissemination across various traditional and digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts - creative, market support, engineering, and product management - to produce effective promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain the global marketing communication plan and budget with a focus on exhibitions, advertisement, digital marketing, and product launches.
• Develop and refine communication strategies that mutually promote the CellaVision and RAL products within the areas of Digital Cell Morphology and the Hematology Workflow.
• Support our market support offices with marketing-related materials for their local events.
• Have the copy and content responsibility for our website and digital marketing platforms including oversight of our web partners.

Who are you?
• Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism
• You are a highly driven individual with a Marketing or Advertising Background
• 5+ years experience in the field of Marketing & Communication
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
You are highly skilled in writing marketing copy in English, previous experience of working on copy in Med Tech would be a great advantage. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to be diplomatic, listen, and collaborate. You have a proven track record of successfully driving communication projects independently where you have shown a "time to market"-focus, and the ability to handle several parallel processes simultaneously. We believe you are a meticulous person who can organize and prioritize your work efficiently. personal responsibility.
Care to join?
This is a full-time position based at CellaVision HQ in Lund, Sweden. Approximately 10% of travel is expected in this position.
