The Marketing Communication team at CellaVision serves as the public voice of the company. The team creates campaigns that lead to positive brand awareness and deliver a cohesive company message across all channels. The team currently consists of 5 team members: Director Marketing, Marketing Communication Manager, Brand Communication Manager, Graphic Designer, and Web Communication Specialist. In this role, you would be reporting to Director Marketing.
This position offers an interesting opportunity to be involved and influence the global image of CellaVision. As a Marketing Communication Manager at CellaVision, you will have your own area of expertise and work in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
Your primary role is to take responsibility for, and coordinate, creative, digital, and traditional marketing communication campaigns.
Key tasks as Marketing Communication Manager
• Project manage and supervise the staging of congresses with the oversight of our exhibition partners.
• Take responsibility for, and coordinate projects to develop internal and external materials, such as campaigns, marketing and sales presentations, and marketing material such as product sheets, ads, and content for the website with a focus on content and copy.
• Supervise the creation of engaging copy and content for dissemination across various traditional and digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts - creative, market support, engineering, and product management - to produce effective promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain the global marketing communication plan and budget with a focus on exhibitions, advertisements, and product launches.
• Develop and refine communication strategies that mutually promote the CellaVision and RAL products within the areas of Digital Cell Morphology and the Hematology Workflow.
• Support our market support offices with marketing-related materials for their local events.
• Provide marketing-related support to our global distribution partners.
• Have the copy responsibility for our website and marketing platforms.

Qualifications
• You are a highly driven individual with a Marketing or Advertising Background
• We think you are relatively early in your career and ready to take the next step
• You hold a degree in for example Marketing, Media, Communications, or Journalism
• 3+ years experience in the field of Marketing & Communications
• You have great communication and presentation skills.
• You have an advanced level of English, verbal and written.
Who are you?
• You are skilled in writing marketing copy in English, and previous experience working with copy in MedTech would be an advantage.
• You are a skilled communicator with the ability to be diplomatic and collaborative.
• You have previous experience in driving communication projects with limited to no supervision.
• You have a sense of urgency and a"time to market"-focus
• You have the ability to handle several parallel projects simultaneously.
• You are a meticulous person who can organize and prioritize your work efficiently.
• To thrive in this position, you should be a true team-oriented person with an open attitude, a positive mindset, and a high level of personal responsibility.
Care to join?
This is a full-time position based at CellaVision HQ in Lund, Sweden. Approximately 10% of travel is expected in this position.
