About the role
As a marketing assistant you will support the Senior Product Managers and Brand Coms Manager in Sweden as well as the local sales organization by coordinating product & marketing related tasks in connection to launches as well as ongoing business.
Main tasks:
* support senior product managers and brand coms manager regarding preparation and execution of launches and sales conferences, eg. translations, ordering of material, giveaways, preparing presentations etc.
* translate, support and follow up local implementation of agreed regional and local activities, including PR and handling of media placement (includes handling i CRM).
* coordinate customer specific support and activities where applicable (i.e when not handled by sales support)
* general local product support (cia CS or Sales) as well as supporting local Sr PMs in product training of sales force and customer service.
Competencies needed for the job
* knowledge in InDesign and Ms Office
* customer and business understanding
* marketing and branding knowledge
* communication skills
* result & action oriented
* language skills (fluent in english and swedish - written and oral)
* interested in digital/On line products
* driven and self going

About the employment
The position as marketing assistant is a part time job at 50% as a consultant with start immediately. As a consultant, you are employed in Adecco Sweden. The assignment will start in april and is expected to last until September 2017.
