We believe you should join because you want to play a key role in our journey by;
- Establishing Marketing analytics within Qliro from the ground up and hold a key role in the Marketing team.
- Building the processes to generate insights on which all marketing strategies will stem from such as targeting, segmentation, life cycle, communication and more.
- Building, training, evaluating and implementing the models our marketing activities rely on.
- Making sure that for the tests we do we have a clear hypothesis and set up to be able to read, learn and gain real insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team, Business Intelligence, Finance and Credit risk.
- Working truly data-driven end-to-end and to own the full chain from analysis to strategy and execution.
Who are we looking for??
- You have several years of experience of using statistical analysis, statistical models and machine learning to solve problems and create value in a business context.
- You have good knowledge and experience in tools such as R, Python, Matlab, Python, or equivalent.
- You can navigate well in the analytics stack and process e.g. exploring, modeling, validating, visualizing and communicating.
- You have a higher education or other relevant education in areas such as economics, computer science or business, but more important - you are very passionate about using data and analytics to understand customer behavior and solve business questions.
- You are fluent in English.
But more importantly, you are so passionate about analytics and marketing to the point that you feel that marketing that is not based on good hypothesis or data-driven insights is hardly worth doing. You love this area and you want to keep learning and working with it. You are a self-leader meaning you actively question what you should do and prioritize and you take action on it. You work well with others meaning you approach your colleagues to ask for input and to give input and you believe in the value of diverse perspectives.
