hela Sverige Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: We are seeking a Manager Strategic Sourcing to join our Sourcing department at the Cochlear BAS headquarters located in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Reporting to the Head of Sourcing this role works in internal and external cross-functional teams and is responsible for: Lead, plan and develop strategy for commercial handling and quality assurance of Cochlear BAS suppliers. Develop and drive improvements in the purchasing process, ensure that regulatory and quality requirements are met. Secure the selection of suppliers in new products projects. Secure the capacity, quality and delivery of components. Control costs to budget. In this permanent role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history of innovation by applying your knowledge of strategic sourcing.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: 10 years of experience from the fields of purchasing and quality assurance. Master of Science in Engineering, Economics or equivalent education. Experience as a manager of experienced buyers and quality professionals. Experience from continuous improvement and change management. Good knowledge of quality and regulatory systems for medical device. Very good experience in building commercial relationships and negotiating terms. Very good communication skills (oral and written), Swedish and English. Very good knowledge of Windows Office. Very good knowledge from ERP systems.
