Who you are
About the jobThe Sales ERP & CRM department owns the ERP & CRM platform lifecycle and solution architecture, and participates in the global roll-outs as well as 3rd line support. You will report to the Manager for Service Development and be part of the management team. You will manage, lead, coach and develop the individuals as well as supporting projects and programs in strategic and tactical discussions and securing delivery, solution performance and user satisfaction.
Who are you?You are an experienced leader with a broad understanding of sales processes and master data with a passion and deep knowledge for how to enable them and create business value through ERP and CRM solutions in global deployments. You can handle complex scenarios, with the ability to analyse, evaluate and act cross business functions in an international enterprise environment. A high level of initiative, drive, persistence and focus on personal development are other of your characteristics.
What you know

Platform strategies and roadmaps as well as development, test and project management methodologies, processes and tools.
• 5 years' experience of ERP and/or CRM implementations in global environments, preferrably within the sales domain.
• 3 years' experience of leading and managing software development and implementation departments, driving and handling change and showing decisiveness and execution in difficult situations.
Strong communication and presentation skills and fluent in business English.
