Description
We are in need to strengthen our Quality department with a Manager for Regulatory Affairs. In this position, you are required to combine your technical skills and your ability to lead others.
This includes
• accountability for achieving the objectives to each project and in the function as being a part of the Quality Assurance Management
• strategic work, combined with demands for quick decisions in a changing environment
• continuous development of efficient processes and procedures
• ability to work x-functional
• developing and stimulate your team members to achieve excellent performance
• having excellent skills in Automotive Regulations, Vehicle Homologation, Certification & Type Approval
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• a University degree or equivalent experience
• at least 10 years of relevant experience in the work area, preferably from the automotive industry
You master English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

• capable of acting as an inspirational leader for the your team members
• clear, open and direct in your communication
• a humble and results-oriented winner
Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
