Job description
As a Manager for the Order & Planning department in Arvika your main responsibility will be to drive this department to the next level in close cooperation with the main stake holders, both in the plant and at the market. You will lead a team of eight persons with the focus on handling orders and planning our production. In the role, you are responsible for production planning, order management and configuration of existing and new products within the Volvo CE product line. You will mainly work with strategic and overall issues with a focus on value flows, follow-up and development of our relationship with dealer and market, i.e., develop the entire flow from sales orders to final delivery from an End2End perspective.

Who are you?
We want you to have:
Relevant education at university level or equivalent knowledge
Experience of Lean Production / VPS and / or other change management
Solid knowledge and solid competence in production flows
Experience from the logistics area and supply chain
Experience of leadership with personnel responsibilities
The ability to express yourself in English, both in speech and writing
