The primary goal of the marketing team is successful marketing of the Rosemount Level portfolio's products and functionalities with innovative and value based sales and customer tools, with messaging around the differentiation and positioning of our products as well as the benefits and value they bring to our customers.
The job involves close cooperation with world area and global marketing leadership teams.
Responsibilities
The nature of the work as a Manager Marketing is both strategic and operational.
Main responsibilities include:
• Providing leadership for the Marketing Team
• Development of the Marketing Team
• Development of Sales Tools to maximize Sales Channel Effectiveness
• Development of high impact external marketing tools
• Launching and promoting products successfully into the market
We are looking for a person with a Master degree in engineering and 10 years of marketing experience. Success in this role requires customer focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a drive for results and are experienced in leading projects. You are a flexible team player who comfortably handles both strategic and operational tasks. You as a person are creative, driven and enjoys multitasking and are able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
