We Offer Challenging Work with Real Meaning
We are recruiting for a Manager, Finance Planning and Analysis, reporting to the Cochlear BAS Director of Finance. You are leading the planning team of two controllers and you are responsible for aligning the financials for departments and development projects in accordance with the CBAS Finance Business Partner model.
In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by applying your experience of planning and business partnering in the monthly, yearly and strategic planning and the monthly follow up. Your team will also, jointly with CBAS Marketing, perform and improve commercial analysis (pricing, new products/market investigations and margin analysis). You have a drive to continuously change and improve processes and customer outcomes, and are able to navigate and lead in a dynamic environment.

You Bring Your Skills and Experience
As we grow bone conducted solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. As a regulated company, Cochlear has a responsibility to hire people with the right skills and qualifications to do the work. To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
University degree in accounting or finance.
Approximately 10 years commercial experience from manufacturing/R&D or medical devices business.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and/or major projects, with a genuine interest in leading and influencing people in a multi-cultural environment.
Commercial interest and strong communication skills.
Experienced in financial analysis concepts such as DCF, Free Cash Flow and EVA.
Advanced skills in extracting and analysing data from systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and BI (e.g. Hyperion, Business Objects).
Strong skills in financial modelling using MS Excel and skilled in MS PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
