Own and drive the process "order to cash" for designated markets.
To manage and support the markets needs of finished goods
Be the main contact for external and internal stakeholders regarding the flow of goods and information
Overall responsibility:
Execute customer orders
Arrange transport of goods to markets
Create needed documentation for markets
Invoice the customers
Main responsibilities and work assignments
Hold monthly meetings with markets together with Operations, +finance and Marketing on occasion.
Weekly arrange and secure transports according to production load plan.
Daily overview of shipments, invoicing, documentation handling and response to any customer requests.
Main success factors
Be on top on every order, create documentation, update handbooks and keep the Customer Service team up to date with what is going on .
Well -functioning contacts with the market companies
Well-functioning contacts with Operations and Finance
Financial authority
According to TAC 's valid authorization order, purchase air freight and courier service on smaller consignments.
