Job purpose
Verisure is looking for a Manager Core Systems IT Operations who will be responsible for leading a team characterized by powerful and competent colleagues driven by development and exceeding expectations. Today, the team consists of 8-12 people, including System Administrators, System Specialists and Database Specialists.
You will report directly to the IT Operations & Maintenance Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a team of IT Specialists
- Be part of our transformation into one company over multiple platforms
- Transforming into a large enterprise, reporting, predictability and follow-up
- Budget responsibility for your cost center
- Improvement activities and ways of working using Kanban and agile methods
You are also expected to plan for always having the correct and sufficient resources available at all times for upcoming projects.
Required Qualifications
- o Technical understanding
- o Strong project management skills
- o Experience from working with agile methods
- o Documentation skills
- o Previous managerial experience with personnel
- o Great ability to structure and organize
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA)
- Experience in IT Operations and IT Service Delivery
