A managerial role with an exciting journey ahead! We are currently bridging international system gaps to become one company, working in the same direction.
In this role you get to be a part of that transformation as you lead, manage and develop a team of IT Specialists in accordance with your hard-earned know-how and company strategy.
The team that will make this happen consists of 12 IT specialists with roles as System Administrators, System Specialists and Database Specialists.
You will manage budget responsibility, planning sufficient resources for projects, and freedom to improve upon activities and ways of working.
You will report directly to the IT Operations & Maintenance Manager.

What you bring
To succeed in this role, we believe you have technical understanding to the point where you can understand and discuss your employees' work. Furthermore, we'd like you to have strong project management skills and experience from working with agile methods. This experience could come from IT Operations and IT Service delivery, or perhaps from somewhere else.
You value good documentation and you have previous managerial experience with personnel. You also have a great ability to structure and organize your work in a changing environment.
You take responsibility for actions and projects, take initiative, generate activity and introduce changes.
As a person, you easily connect with others around you and establish long term relationships at all levels. You work is reflected by flexibility, attention to detail and goal-orientation. Above that you are independent, confident and adaptable.
