Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Manager Business Control to join our finance department at the Cochlear BAS headquarters located in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role works with CBAS executive team, project managers and the global planning team located in Sydney and in the different sales regions. You are leading the CBAS planning team of two controllers and you are responsible for the financial operating model follow-up on a monthly basis. Your team will, jointly with CBAS Marketing, perform and improve detailed commercial analysis (pricing, sales channels, new market investigations and margin analysis).

In this permanent role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history of innovation by applying your experience of business partnering and change management in the monthly, yearly and strategic planning and the monthly follow up. You have a drive to continuously change and improve processes and customer outcomes, and are able to navigate and lead in a dynamic environment.



Key Requirements

• University degree in accounting or finance
• Approximately 10 years commercial experience from business control and accounting
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and projects, with a genuine interest in leading people and influencing various stakeholders
• Commercial interest and strong communication skills
• Strong at implementation, a 'can do' attitude
• Advanced skills in extracting and analysing data from systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and BI (e.g. Hyperion, Business Objects)
• Strong skills in financial modelling using MS Excel and skilled in MS PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent in Swedish and English
