We are looking for an analytical, business oriented and engaging person to join our Finance department and to lead the Business Performance Management Operation team. The team today consist of 7 controllers with focus on Operation business. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
In the role as Manager of Business Performance Management Operation, you will play an important role in how we plan for transformation, modernization and growth with the company financial strategy plan connected to our overall company strategy in general and Operation (Network & IT) in particular. You will be responsible for follow-up on our performance with continuous outlooks, business reviews, and management reporting.
Overall responsibilities:
* Develop of financials plan connected to the strategy plan for Network, IT and staff functions
* Overall responsibility for Telenor Sweden's CAPEX
* Ensure continuous outlooks and quarterly rolling forecasts
* Create Mgmt. report monthly and storyline for presentation
* Business review in mgmt. team, including target review
* Leading and developing the BPM Operation team
* Be part of the NWK and or IT management team
You will act as a business partner with a business focus towards stakeholders in our organization. You will report directly to the Head of BPM and be part of BPM mgmt. team. You will have the chance to work in an exciting environment and be a part of and influencing Telenor Sweden's journey!

Your background:
* University degree or equivalent working experience in a relevant area

* Proven track record of leadership and developing strong performing teams
