hela Sverige The Scandinavian cluster Finance department is looking for a Manager to the Accounts Receivable team responsible for credit control and collections. The position covers Scandinavia including Sweden, Norway and Denmark for Maersk Line, Safmarine and Seago Line.
The position will be reporting directly to the Cluster Finance Manager and is located at the Maersk Line office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
General Areas of responsibilities
• Lead a team of accountants through delegation and empowerment
• Drive a 2nd to none performance in Days Sales Outstanding and overdue %
• Standardize the way we work with both internal and external customers in the Accounts Receivable process
• Maintain good working relationship with Customers to drive adherence to Maersk Line Credit Agreements
• Ensure compliance and adherence to policies, practices and internal audit measurements
The Candidate
The ideal candidate is ambitious, result-driven, structured and possesses strong leadership/stakeholder management skills. The person should have the ability to coach, develop and support the team members to continuously deliver results. It is preferred that the candidate has leading others experience. The person will be expected to take initiative and ownership and drive continuous improvement of the credit and collection processes. We are looking for a person with financial background who is well organized with a sense of urgency and possess good communication skills.
Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing is required - Strong in a Scandinavian language preferred yet not required.

• Desire to evaluate and drive improvement of the current processes
• Ability to meet required goals and deadlines on a timely and accurate manner
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills, and excellent skills in Excel
