How do we deliver value for our clients?
The Finance Strategy & Transformation team within PwC Management Consulting aims to provide guidance to CFO's that are now facing challenges leaving traditional transactional processes to automation and leveraging digital opportunities that are emerging within the Finance area. The services we provide to our clients cover all aspects that need to be considered when transforming the Finance function. Our focus areas range from Finance Strategy and Digital Transformation to Performance Management and process improvements.
What you will do
As a Management Consultant within our Finance Strategy & Transformation-practice you will advise and provide guidance to CFOs and Finance leaders in addressing their most complex challenges and preparing their organizations for the future.
Your role and the responsibilities you will be entrusted with varies, not only depending on the nature of the projects you may be involved in, but also based on your own experiences and interests. However, as a Senior Associate or Manager you will:
Take part in or lead complex client engagements involving both colleagues from PwC Management Consulting and client resources, taking on the role as project manager or work stream leader. Sometimes driving the work from setting Finance Strategy & Vision to final implementation
Build strong client relationships and work together with senior colleagues to drive sales e.g. through identifying add-on sales opportunities on projects and supporting proposal work
Actively contribute to internal development and our ways of working. As a practice, we are always looking for ways to increase the value we bring to our clients and become an even better place to work, and we encourage our team to take initiative in order to succeed
Contribute in building the team spirit, developing others (and yourself) and coaching younger colleagues. We rely on each other to learn and become better professionals, but also to enjoy our working environment and to feel motivated

What are we looking for in this position?
To succeed in the roles we see that you are highly analytical with a strong ability to solve complex problems. You are motivated by facing new challenges and you are comfortable with taking on responsibility. Furthermore, you have a solid track record as a high performer and you have relevant experience from working with Finance functions as a Management Consultant or as part of the Finance function, e.g. Business Controller, Financial Controller or similar. Perhaps you have worked as a management consultant or as an auditor before stepping into a line role and now want to go back to being a consultant. We are currently looking for both Senior Associates and Managers.
Senior Associate
2-4 years of experience
Academic degree in Management, Business, Finance or similar
Strong analytical skills combined with robust presentation capabilities
Active project member who take responsibility to produce solid outcomes based on the project scope
Fluent in both English and Swedish (written and spoken)
Manager
~4-7 years experience
Academic degree in Management, Business, Finance or similar
Being used to take on responsibility and mange the day to day activities (change & project management, communication, presentation skills, etc)
Strong business acumen with solid stakeholder management skills
Fluent in both English and Swedish (written and spoken)
