This is an assignment for a Paternity Leave during 15/12 2011 - 10/4 2012 but with possible earlier start to get introduced.

Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Logistics Manager you'll be responsible for i.e. following:
Monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise
Evaluate inventory levels and handling purchasing and reorder documentation
Budget process for both sales and overhead
Controlling
i.e. direct budget and cost controls, finacial analysis, accounting practices and reports
Compute project costs, analyze diffrent costs
Sample management
Reporting statistics
Assist brand managers
Manage accont payable/receivable on producer side
Control and process invoices
Cash management i.e. tax, VAT, Social security and payments to producers
Assist Sales administration and Office manager when needed
ProfilAs a Logistics Manager/Controller you'll need to have relevant experience within:
• Inventory control and ordering management
• Freights and logistics
• Visma ERP
• Excel
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
