Stora Enso Logistics mission is to design, procure, manage and administrate outbound logistics in Stora Enso. Our
scope comprises the physical flow of cargo as well as the related information flows. We work closely with the business
areas of Stora Enso and contracted logistic service providers to fulfil our mission.Stora Enso Logistics belongs to Business Area Printing and Reading, and delivers group wide services. We are approx.150 employees operating in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Belgium and UK.
Within Stora Enso Logistics, the department of Land Services Scandinavia takes care of Procurement and Management of Land transports, capacity planning and administration for Swedish mills.
Description
Stora Enso Logistics is looking for a Logistic Analyst in procurement and sustainability to Land Services Scandinavia for a permanent employment.
As a Logistics Analyst you will perform the following tasks:
• Transportation cost follow- up and forecasting
• Prepare information for contract negotiations
• Supplier performance statistics
• Delivery reliability
• Transport damages
• Financial
• Sustainability
• Coordination and implementation of sustainability policies
• Business Intelligence
• Super user Carrier Point (Contract Management System)
• Key contact to LIC (Logistics Invoice Centre)
• Admin Assistance in applicable IT systems for contracting, order handling and invoice handling
• Potential future development towards greater responsibility for sustainability in Stora Enso Logistics and/or own contracting responsibility
Requirements
The profile of the position holder:
• Bachelors degree in Logistics / Economy
• Relevant experience similar tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent cooperation skills, including good ability to work in an international environment
• Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
• Enjoy working in a changing environment
• Strategic and analytical skills
• Experienced in MS Office
• Fluent in English, German language are an advantage
