NA-KD, a global online fashion company and one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in Europe, is currently looking for an innovative and organized Localization Manager to support the company's international expansion. NA-KD has an annual revenue run rate of over $70 million, with millions of page views every day and shipping to over 130 countries per month.
The localization Manager will lead the collaboration between different departments to achieve the localization initiatives. This includes but is not limited to translation, legal aspects, payments and delivery options. The role also includes setting up satellite offices around the world. Responsibilities:
• Set and achieve strategic goals to lead the deployment and success of NA-KD's online sales in countries such as Germany, France, Spain, Poland etc.
• Drive a process-oriented and data driven workflow for localization initiatives in markets where English is not the first language
• Help set up satellite offices around the world
• Be the main contact of our satellite office covering Central Eastern Europe
• Coordinate the collaboration between satellite offices and other departments such as IT, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Skills:
• 5+ years experience in project management, demonstrating a career of advancing roles with increasing responsibility, visibility, and complexity. Preferable international and cross national experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration
• Excellent project management and business negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving, communication, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Good technical understanding of the e-commerce environment
• Advanced excel and powerpoint skill
• Previous work experience from the fashion industry is a plus
Personal Skills:
• Analytical and good sense for business and numbers. Process-oriented and data-driven
• Respects deadlines, and understands that no one else does the job for you
