We are looking for a social, energetic and down-to-earth Lobby Host who genuinely enjoys people and delivering great service. In this role, you become the face of a well-known global tech company, where your presence and approach set the tone for the entire workplace experience.

About the Role
As a Lobby Host, you are stationed at the heart of the office, the main reception lobby. You greet everyone who enters the building, act as a central point of contact, and bring positive energy to the space from the moment the doors open.
The pace varies greatly: some days are busy and dynamic, while others are much quieter. During slower periods, we expect you to be proactive, take initiative and identify opportunities to improve processes, environments and daily routines.
In this role, you will:
• Welcome employees, visitors and vendors
• Support with on-site questions, guidance and general service
• Work with security systems, access management and GDPR-aligned procedures
• Collaborate with the facility, event and security teams
• Ensure smooth service delivery - whether the day is high energy or calm
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, making sure it reaches the right recipient.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact in the lobby with a professional, warm and energetic presence
• Manage access control, visitor registration systems and security-related tasks
• Support administrative duties connected to safety, service and daily operations
• Assist guests and employees with inquiries and on-site guidance
• Maintain a welcoming and well-organized lobby and surrounding areas
• Partner with the events team during meetings, workshops and visits
• Keep communal areas, meeting rooms and social spaces tidy and inviting
• Drive small improvement initiatives, quality checks and micro-projects during quieter periods
• Receive, distribute and send mail and packages efficiently and securely
