Mission
As a Learning Professional, you will have the overall responsibility of the pedagogical quality of learning activities and projects offered by Group Learning. You will also analyze, develop, design and continuously improve existing learning processes and learning activities. Other responsibilities will include marketing, vendor management and system management. You will also work with analytics and reporting.

What we expect of you
• A proactive team player with networking skills and a lot of drive
Curious and resourceful professional with a strong passion for learning
• Ability to understand the big picture and still care for details
Learner oriented approach, able to structure and prioritize your daily work in a good and efficient manner
• 2+ years of comparable experience in a similar type of role
• University degree
Experience of blended Learning programs, e-Learning, and knowledge about working with a Learning Management System and/or Learning Experience Platform (Experience with Cornerstone LMS is a plus)
Experience of working with analytics is a plus
Fluent in English is a must, both spoken and written.
