Mission
As a Learning Professional, you will have the overall responsibility of learning projects and activities offered by Group Learning with the purpose of driving a culture of lifelong learning. You will continuously improve existing learning processes and learning programs and work with reporting & insights. Other responsibilities will include communication, marketing, vendor management and system management.

What we expect of you
• A proactive team player with strong communication and networking skills
• Curious and resourceful professional with a strong passion for learning and a can do attitude
• You are collaborative, open-minded with a global mindset, and curious to understand and learn new perspectives
• You are agile, adaptable and resourceful when dealing with ambiguity or faced with change in an ever faster moving digital landscape
• Willing to get involved in a variety of tasks ranging from high level strategic to more detailed and routine
• You stay on top of new trends and tools in learning & development, business needs & industry trends. You identify emerging technology solutions to enhance the overall learning experience and impact
• You provide thought leadership and innovative ideas to enable our learning culture
• You manage critical external partner relationships
• You bring experience of working with blended Learning programs, e-Learnings, and knowledge about working with a Learning Management System and/or Learning Experience Platform (Experience with Cornerstone LMS is a plus)
