We are looking for a Global Supply Chain EMEA Governance Lead for Learning & Development to work with our expert Learning & Development teams across the world. Do you have a passion for Learning & Development and Supply Chain? Then we would love to hear from you!
What you'll do
As the Cytiva Global Supply Chain (GSC) EMEA Governance Lead for Learning & Development (L&D) you will become the force to drive L&D initiatives locally within the region. This will include regionally managing and executing the GSC Global L&D strategy in line with Policy Deployment, Global priorities and standards. The role will demand your expertise in partnering with the relevant regional functional leads to understand local cultural requirements to implement the L&D strategy within the EMEA region that will help us grow our business and develop our people.
Key member of the GSC Learning & Development team; understand the Global Cytiva GSC Learning & Development (L&D) strategy and to understand the regional requirements to aid implementation of this strategy.
Establish an EMEA GSC Cytiva Learning & Development operating mechanism working with cross business - regional stakeholders to achieve this when required
Adapt the developed GSC learning curriculum to meet the regional business needs and excite participants, to include, on-boarding, leadership development, talent development and key application skills programmes
Embrace and deliver regional requirements for different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
Build relationships with the region's Danaher DBS and Cytiva HR Talent Development teams to maximize the GSC Cytiva Learning & Development program offering. Leverage resources both internal Cytiva, Opcos, Danaher and external to optimize the L&D delivery/efficiency.
Manage the allocated budget and resources.
Devise and track appropriate performance metrics.
Maintain and improve regional learning management systems
Maintain a solid external network and keep up to date with L&D best practices and new technologies
Identify and agreeing personal development both for self
Who you are
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven understanding of global business processes and required learning and development needs
Minimum five years related experience of supply chain business requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Team Excel, and Power Point
Efficient communication in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of operating in regulated environment
Proven execution skills, with the ability to meet firm deadlines
Excellent business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
Excellent growth leadership skills demonstrating clear global perspective and understand factors impacting Cytiva businesses
Knowledge of GMP & ISO 9001/13485
Trained in DHR DBS Problem Solving Process
