This is a great opportunity to join a small and dynamic learning team within a Product Management organisation, with a priority to develop and enhance the digital, and eLearning capabilities in a fast-paced global commercial environment. This is a one year temporary position starting in June 2019.

Essential Responsibilities:
The development of educational material is focused on building product and application knowledge. The role brings passion and creativity to our new digital learning portfolio, which is focused on supporting customer facing teams to reach their full potential. This is an entry-level position for individuals interested in working in the field of instructional design.
It is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level Instructional Designer/ E-learning specialist/ E-learning developer to join and develop, a digital experience, delivering engaging digital learning. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge in an effective, appealing and engaging manner.
In this position you will:
Develop interactive, engaging, and impactful digital learning experiences.
Develop and design online materials such as lesson content, learning objectives and assessment tools.
Cooperate with Subject Matter Experts within R&D and the Global Commercial organisation to create and design e-learning courses for our Customer-facing teams and their customers. This includes creating SCORM content using Articulate 360 RISE (maybe also Storyline); building quizzes and interactivity; audio recording; testing of courses prior to their release. Building learning in power point format maybe also be required.
Continuously update, maintain and improve existing learning assets.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Excellent in written communication skills (English)
Interest in the field of teaching and learning and in using technical expertise to solve educational challenges
Awareness of current pedagogical concepts and instructional technology issues
Knowledge of software packages used in the creation of e-learning courses, which may include, Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate 360
Ability to think creatively about how to deliver training, get engagement from end users
Absorb amounts of content in a defined period of time and filter out only what's relevant
Visual design skills
Desired Characteristics:
Balance creativity with practicality, time, templates, and language barriers
Demonstrate agility and versatility to adapt to varying requests
Independent, proactive and driven
Creation of video-based content using platforms such as Camtasia
Good working knowledge of e- appropriate video editing tool, including Camtasia
