hela Sverige * As Leadership Development Leader you'd be one of the main contributors in developing the leadership development offer for INGKA globally
• You'd contribute to the Leadership Strategy development
• Contribute in identifying the leadership competence gap for the best program creation
• Work with standardizing the global leadership toolbox, ensuring that relevant leadership development offers are available in all parts of INGKA
• Contributes to the creation of a new program, to reach the new Leadership Strategy movement
• Drive the development of global standards for delivery of above programs including learning methods, principles of participation etc.
• Ensures that our leadership strategy and capabilities are reflected in our processes, tools, goals and measurements
• Secure the leadership aspect in all processes like performance, Management Review, recruitment etc.
• Secure a competent and updated facilitator pool for leadership programs
• Be responsible for leadership development tools
For this role we need someone with strategic, tactical and operational abilities. We need an analytical thinker who's good at solving problems and who's strong in their communication and in their ability to influence others. We need someone who's good and familiar with coordinating and collaborating with different stakeholders and with a strong passion for people. Someone with knowledge of anticipating, identifying and developing potential successors for key positions and how to support their leadership development. Someone with knowledge of translating data and insights about co-workers' needs and interactions into supporting Leadership behaviors and actions. Someone with knowledge of co-worker motivation and required behavior to ensure the desired retention and engagement.
We'd also like to see that the person for this role, brings +10 years' experience from relevant positions. That they have experience from creating and implementing leadership programs as well as experience from standardizing leadership development offers. That they understand how to translate business requirements to what it means for Leadership needs and development. Last but not least, having experience from working at the global arena as well as from facilitating is a plus!
