• Your Mission:
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the school's processes and curricula.
Enhance academic reputation and international ranking.
Develop cutting-edge programs, including executive courses and interdisciplinary initiatives.
Lead the restructuring of faculties and departments to align with global standards.
Attract top-tier talent and forge international networks.
• What We're Looking For: Advanced academic degree (PhD, DBA).
Significant academic and managerial expertise.
A strong research background with publications.
Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Uzbek is a plus for local candidates.
Passion for innovation in education and leadership.
Candidates educated from/ work experience from Scandinavia, EU, UK or Canada will be prioritized
