hela Sverige The University of Gävle, Sweden, is seeking for a generalist within geomatics and specialist within laser scanning.
The primary task will be lecturing and supervision at our basic and advanced courses in geomatics, particularly in airborne and terrestrial laser scanning and digital photogrammetry. Research and/or administrative tasks will be included, where the amount of research mainly will be depending on the applicant’s success in attracting external funds.
We are particularly looking for a candidate holding a doctoral degree within geomatics, or in a geomatics related area, with the specialist’s competence in laser scanning. Teacher’s training, or teaching experiences will be considered an advantage. The candidate must also be fluent in the English, as well as in the Swedish languages.
The position is full-time and limited in time from 1 March 2009 to 31 July 2009, with an option of extension up to end of 2009.
