We need you to make the flow of the business work. You will handle incoming orders to be picked, packed and shipped. You must also handle incoming returns and deliveries from suppliers. We also want you to be engaged and constantly be on the alert about how we can improve our flows and the customer experience. You will manage schedules and colleagues.
YOU WILL:
Pick and pack orders.
Receive and unpack deliveries from suppliers.
Manage returns and exchanges.
Keep the warehouse in order
Improve the customer experience and structure of the warehouse.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You must be energetic and able to work at a fast pace without compromising quality.
Have excellent computer skills.
Be stress resistant.
Have good analytical skills and be driven by results.
You must be a thinker.
Have leadership skills.
Previous experience in warehouse and packaging is advantageous but not required. Attitude and hunger come before experience!
