On behalf of a client, MultiMind is looking for a Korean speaking System Coordinator to customer satisfaction. Our client is a successful international company that leads the global market in high-tech electronics manufacturing and digital media. Company is represented in the most parts of the world and you will be joining their team in Nordic headquarters in Stockholm. Right now company is going through an exciting expansion phase. The position is a 6 months assignment and you will be hired by MultiMind. There are good chances for an extension.
As a system coordinator on customer satisfaction you will be responsible for the service systems and the data analysis. You will handle system correction between service partner and the system engineer in the HQ in Korea. Your responsibilities also includes process development in tight cooperation with all service area. Your daily work will consist communication with customer service management center by email and telephone.
We are looking for you who have 1-2 years' of similar work experience as well as at least High School graduation certificate with specialization Electronics, Technology and Business Administration. If you have experience of working with SAP (Sales & Distribution module) it will be considered as an advantage, experience of working with the systems and good knowledge of process development and systems integrations are required. You speak Korean and English fluently, preferably you also speak Swedish. Driving license is required.
As a person you can be described as service minded, flexible, analytical, and eager to learn. We would like you to be an initiative taker as well as a team player. You have very good computer skills and capable of handling sometimes repetitive work without being bored.
