CICS was founded in 2012 by 4 seasoned professionals with more than 50 years of experience from Telecom Operations, Product Management and SW development of probes and OSS applications.
We wanted to make the coolest applications; applications that we have been dreaming of realizing in our previous positions. CICS got the opportunity to realize this dream through a strategic partnership with a mobile operator. Together we have iterated and polished these applications to perfection. They follow operator processes and are targeted towards specific functions, giving high impact on customer satisfaction and improving efficiency.
Beskrivning av tjänsten
As a system developer at CICS you will develop applications using Java, JavaScript, PHP, HTML and SQL. You will have a customer-facing role in upcoming projects with one or several of the large Telecom operators in Sweden.
The software delivered by CICS is a full solution for collecting, storing and visualizing data. The applications handle large amounts of data and are comprised of front edge technology in mobile data. CICS utilize the cloud for handling documents and code and will provide you with the latest hardware and software needed in your daily work.
At CICS you will become part of a small but growing company with a well-established customer base. You will have the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility, be self-driven, learn new things and develop your skills continuously. Together with seasoned colleagues, you will contribute to creating high-quality solutions with the aim become a world leader within the market niche.
The role is based in Stockholm, however, travelling to other parts of the world will occur as a part of the job.
Vem är du?
Our ideal candidate will have a university degree in Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science or equivalent, and up to one year work life experience. An interest in programming, as well user-level experience in Linux is required. An educational background in Telecom is considered a plus.
For this role, we would like candidates to have full professional proficiency in English. Language skills in Swedish or other languages are considered a plus.
We are looking for someone who is curious and has a natural ability to analyze and solve problems. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working together with others, sharing knowledge, as well as establishing good relationships in daily work.
