hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2022-11-22ArbetsuppgifterOur client is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Manager with supply chain and planning knowledge. In this role you will work leading clinical supplies in a Clinical Study Supply Chain Team located in Gothenburg.
The client is a vital actor in the Pharmaceutical Technology and Development (PT&D) sector, and the organization transforms forward-thinking science into actual medicines that help millions of people around the world. You will work in a company that works with the entire value chain supporting new medicines; from supplies for use in early toxicology studies, as well as clinical trials, to developing the technology to assure drugs can be scaled up for commercial manufacture.
Job Assignments
Within your functions, you will be responsible of project managing the plan, design, and set-up of the study supply chain with the goal of assuring that the clinical supplies are delivered on time. The role also involves leading our client's cross-functional team facilitating a continued dialogue at a global level with the external and internal partners about the study design requirements, and associated changes that could impact the supply chain factors of the investigation.
You will work within the GMP Quality Management Systems assuring that you actively handle any type of deviations, complaints and change controls. Within this role you are expected to project manage the delivery of clinical supplies in an effective way and to input the balance of costs and any risks to supply, as well as supporting the risk management of individual studies with the proactive mitigation of risks that could potentially impact the quality or delivery of the clients' supplies.
You will be the responsible person for the inventory management (including rework and recalls, extensions of shelf life and expiry date management, as well as stock destruction), and for managing the Interactive Response Technology (IRT) system.
Requirements
• Our client wants a person who is a fast learner and self-driven, and someone who is comfortable being part of a high pace R&D environment. You should like to collaborate with others, as well as you are team player who is flexible, have strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• It is important that you have a bachelor's degree in a scientific/ business subject area or alternatively equivalent experience.
• You should have experience working in a supply chain environment or pharmaceutical industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Working experience of both demand planning and forecasting, as well as risk identification and management.
• Relevant experience running projects and influencing customer demands.
• You should have the following skills: strong influencing, negotiating and problem-solver skills, both across geographical and cultural boundaries.
• You need to have an excellent English level, written and spoken.
• It is important that you have competent IT skills, as well as the competence to readjust and operate in bespoke numerous systems.
Meritorious
• It is meritorious if you have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Understanding of the clinical development processes important to the supply of clinical materials.
• You should preferably have both lean knowledge and understanding.
• It is a plus if you are experienced in managing Quality Events (Deviations, Change Controls, Complaints).
