hela Sverige Modis Life Science is now looking for a junior consultant to a supply chain analyst assignment at a Pharmaceutical company based in Kista. In this role you will holistically manage the end to end Inventory for the Cluster in the assigned franchise. You will also manage the forecast for associated products for that sub business cluster again on behalf of an assigned franchise in line with agreed business SLAs / KPIs through the core activity of forecasting and inventory management. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Support assigned Business Units /Franchise across Cluster.
* Gather and challenge Marketing Intelligence and input data into Forecasting System in line with demand management guidelines.
* Demand detailed analysis and follow up on forecast assumptions.
* Work with Customer Service on demand smoothing initiatives where required
* Work closely with Finance Community to align Logistics & Financial Forecast by identifying gaps/opportunities/assumptions.
* Issue Forecast/Demand Comparison with budget / financial forecast in order to reach one single forecast.
* Sales detailed analysis and follow up on forecast assumptions.
* Distribute Monthly Forecast Indicators received from DM Team.
* Identify process gaps & solutions to enhance results.
* Identify Action Items to improve monthly indicators.
* Monitors activities that will impact demand signal & updates forecast accordingly.
* Provide expert level analysis and summary
* Inventory Management Low Cover Management
* Low cover management
* Low cover control and warnings
* Follow up utilizing Back Order comments
* Interfacing with European Supply Chain Controllers, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales representatives.
* Pipeline visibility: Timely and proactively transmit full pipeline info on backorder, low cover products to Customers and Marketing, inform on product replacement, substitution and obsolescence and support allocation plan.
* Slow Moving/Excess Inventory Management
* Manage Compounding manufacturing flows
* Implement new Supply Chain Process and interface with appropriate Teams (DM/OSM/Finance/Marketing/Sales/W&D/etc) in terms of new product launches & PIPO (phase-in-phase-out).
* Support daily customer service processes (control of consignment, backorders, low cover,)
* Support Product Conversions: Ensure new forecasting & order management processes in place as conversions take place and monitor plan locally
* Full participation and support of Supply Chain Planning projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor 's degree in Supply chain or equivalent
* Breadth & Depth of experience in a supply chain role
