OM TJÄNSTEN
We are now looking for a junior R&D Engineer for our client, which is a global industrial company within tools and tool systems. In this role, you will be part of a team consisting of 12 people who are responsible for processes and technologies to modify surfaces on tools, in order to optimize various properties of the tools that customers then use. In this role, you will be supervised by a senior colleague in the team to get familiar with the job in the best way. You will be located in Västberga in Stockholm, but there may also be traveling within Sweden 1-2 times per month.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The role is partly about finding reliable processes that can be used in mass production. Another part of the job is to introduce completely new technology that provides different prerequisites for production. A part of the job is therefore characterization and measurement of surfaces and surface properties.
You will, among other things
• Participate in knowledge- or product-related projects, with the aim of developing methods, processes and technology platforms of tools
• Manage and support the work with new lab equipment that will be set up within the department
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for you who
• Have a completed a master's degree in material physics, measurement technology, technical physics, or mechanics
• Have previous work experience from similar tasks such as working with experimental management/equipment management
• Speaks and writes English fluently
It is meritorious if you
• Have knowledge/previous experience of measurement technology and methods
