Adecco söker en Junior Market Communication Specialist
Adecco söker för kunds räkning en Junior Market Communication Specialist. Uppdraget är inom vår uthyrningsverksamhet vilket innebär att du kommer att vara anställd hos Adecco och arbeta som uthyrd konsult. För rätt person finns det goda möjligheter till anställning hos kund efter sex månaders inhyrning.
Reporting structure
This position will work closely to Product Manager, Sr. Administrative Assistant, Marketing Communication consultant, Sales team
Role description
Support our Client in marketing communication matters. Maintain systems for market communication
Selected support areas
Updating marketing and sales support material (e.g.: brochures, commercial presentations, exhibition systems, posters, application reports, PI, user manuals, MSDS, training material).
Producing and distributing news items regarding marketing and sales support material (e.g. press releases, user meetings, newsletter, campaigns, product launch material, maintain stock of printed material).
Maintain tools for marketing and sales processes
• Clients website (e.g. update, create web reports, manage user accounts)
• CRM system, Fortnox (e.g. generate reports, import leads, update
content)
• Mailing module (campaigns, mailing list, reports) and manage mailbox
• Extranet (content, users, files and folders)
• Archives for sales support material, reference database for publications
• Provide results of marcom efforts as basis for further development
• Contacts with suppliers for production and printing of promotion material
to be coordinated with Product Manager and Market Communication
Training support
Support PM with the overall training efforts (internally, externally), e.g. like putting together slides, collecting training information from Sales and/or customers, keep communication with internal and external parties. Assist Marketing with Sale Support Activities during campaigns
Potential areas of development
Develop into the role of a Sale Support Specialist
• Assist sales in leads generation (e.g. guide to effectively use Fortnox,
provide support in identifying new means of lead generation)
• Provide support in managing the sales funnel
• Work with Fortnox to further improve CRM capabilities
Qualification
Education / work experience:
• Preferred technical education background from Biochemistry / Life
Sciences and marketing communication knowledge or work experience
• At least 2 years of work experience from the Industry (non academia)
• Must be fluent in English and Swedish (oral & written) and preferably
manage one additional language e.g. German / French / Asian
• Computer knowledge from standard MS office package (PC
environment)
• Preferably knowledge of CRM (Fortnox), web-publishing, document
handling system (RMT+)
• Knowledge from ISO9001 and GxP work environment
Skills/ Personality:
• Manage to keep a number of actions going at the same time
• Detailed oriented and goal focused (deliver on time)
• Flexible to adapt with the dynamic work environment

• Communicative
