Weird Solutions is an engineering firm focused on the development of core technologies for IP address management (IPAM) and network device provisioning. Our headquarters is in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are entering a new expansion period and will be adding new members to our team of dedicated professionals. As part of that team we are currently looking for a new addition on the position of Junior Key Account Manager.

The successful candidate will be:
• Extremely positive and ready to learn new things;
• Have a recent demonstrable track record of B2B sales;
• Interested in trends in sales, marketing, client relations, KAM, so on;
• Ready to take on new challenges every day;
• Self motivated, driven, ready to grow with the company;
• Keen to fit into a successful team;
• Ready to travel as often as twice a month;
• Excited about the opportunities we offer.

The duties of the successful candidate will include:
• Administrative tasks;
• Close phone, e-mail and in person contact with our clients;
• Sending quotes, negotiating contracts and closing effective sales;
• Researching and pursuing leads;
• Formulating activity reports and strategy suggestions;
• Creating and managing projects connected to marketing and sales.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in:
• B2B Sales
• Marketing
• Communication
• Researching

Desired but not mandatory:
• Higher Education in the fields of Communication, Marketing, Business Strategy, Client Relations or Psychology
• Fluency in other foreign languages
• Proved ability to manage a team of professionals
• Knowledge of the software industry

This position reports directly to the Business Development Director and is salary plus commission based.
