Swiss Life Private Placement is currently looking for a Business Coordinator Scandinavian Desk.
Location: The position is based at the corporate office in Zürich.
Start date: as soon as possible, preferable before June 2008.
Your new challenge:
As a new member of the team for Swiss Life Private Placement, your responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer service in Country Desk Services Nordic. In more detail, some of your working tasks will include the following;
• Responsible for day to day management of Nordic clients, brokers and custodians (written and spoken contact).
• Written and spoken contact with our brokers, clients and custodians from Northern Europe
• Constantly update file information
• Responsible for collecting and managing information from the different role players, open accounts and set up agreements with the goal to activate all incoming policies
• Give general support of all kinds to the clients as well as to the other team members
• Active support to accounting departments regarding commission and other in-and outflow from accounts
Who are you?
The successful candidate for this position is a young, talented professional at the beginning of their carrier, with an appropriate academic background such as a Bachelor Degree in Economics. Experience in banking or insurance business is an advantage. You have previous experience of excellent customer service and are highly motivated to deliver results with short deadlines. As a person you are well organized and accurate since you pay attention to details.
For this position, good language skills in English, Swedish and/or Norwegian are required (spoken and written). German language is a great advantage.
