WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Your primary responsibility will be working with accounts payable, where you will control and code invoices for all our companies. You will also be responsible for matching our stock invoices to purchase orders.
You will support your team with everything from handling daily administrative tasks such as email and posts as well as other Adhoc tasks.
Assist your colleagues with monthly balance sheet reconciliations for AP-related accounts and participate in monthly and annual closing.
Be responsible for keeping our partner and supplier information updated.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
You have a university degree in finance or similar education
It will be considered a plus if you have any experience working with accounts payable.
You have experience in working with Excel and handling spreadsheets
It will be considered a plus if you have any experience with SAP
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Start Date : ASAP
