About the job
As Product Manager at Brocc, you will be responsible to drive product development of new products and existing ones. By developing the product vision and strategy, you will have a great opportunity to shape Brocc's product offerings. With highly skilled colleagues, you will have the chance to greatly impact the future of Brocc and the existing roadmap. If you are interested in taking ownership of the product & business development, this is the great fit you've been looking for. You will have the responsibility to;
Analyze and research the markets, customers, and competitors landscape, to be able to drive the development of current and future products
Set the product requirements, design, specifications, and metrics, and write user stories, etc.
Own the product backlog to make sure that the products you develop bring value
Collaborate across the business teams to make sure the operational and legal requirements are aligned
Work closely with the tech team and contribute to the high-potential existing roadmap
About you
You love building and working with outstanding products! Most importantly, you feel committed and motivated to be a part of our exciting journey ahead. We believe you are curious, desire to take initiative, and are self-driven. Further, we believe that you have;
experience taking a user-focused product from concept to launch
analyzing problems and needs, translating them into product decisions and roadmaps
experience setting and completing a product backlog and taking UX decisions
