Hitachi ABB Power Grids are looking for people with your skillset in order to expand the Finance teams at HVDC in Sweden.
The Controlling team have a friendly, diverse, multicultural and multidisciplinary environment. This is a team that you can flourish in and where you are given responsibility as well as large degree of freedom to operate.
We are now offering a variety of junior and senior roles within controlling, so don't hesitate to apply even though you don't meet all requirements. We are interested to learn more about you and what you can contribute with.
Your responsibilities
As a Business Controller: You will be part of the Business management by oversee the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serve as interface to Business Manager. Together with evaluations of financial implications and involve in yearly basis to establish budget and valid hourly rates.
As a Business Analyst: Supporting the Business Controllers and the manager of the department with different task as invoicing, invoice handling, internal control, audits and reporting. Perform analysis of actual vs budget together with forecast and propose improvement actions.
As a Project Controller: You will be a business partner in the project management who is responsible for project monitoring and forecast of our large delivery projects. Ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
As a Project Analyst: Supporting the Project Controllers with different task as invoicing, handling, internal control, audits and reporting. It is therefore important that you are service minded and driven to be responsible for handling your own orders.
As a Tender Controller: You will be part of the Bids and Proposal team and responsible for providing recommendations for financial decisions and serving as the main finance representative for assigned tenders.
Your background
You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous improvement
A Bachelors or master's degree in Business administration, Economics or similar
Work experience from similar industries and/or within projects is a must for the Controller positions but preferable for the Analyst positions
You are a dynamic and communicative person who enjoys working with people from various business areas and parts of the world
As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, proficiency in English is required
