About the role
Right now, the construction of the operations in Västerås is underway and we are looking for applicants with extensive experience from the process industry. You should have experience of various roles within the manufacturing industry, such as machine operator, machine technician, technician, electrician, supervisor etc.

The role includes continuously working on improvement and ensuring that established routines and rules are maintained.
You will also support managers and colleagues to create a culture and work environment where everyone works together to offer the best solutions to both employees, suppliers and customers.

About you
Previous work experience from process industry is essential for this role. You are analytical and passionate about constantly finding new ways of working and new solutions. Your work experience has given you good understanding and knowledge of performing and delivering within the set timeframe without sacrificing the level of service and quality.

Since the role involves continuous dialogue with both internal and external parties, you have a distinct communicative ability. You communicate fluently (in both written and spoken Swedish and English.)

Furthermore, we see that you are motivated, flexible and goal-oriented as Northvolt works towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future!

Important for the service is:
• Work experience within production and administration
• The ability to analyze, document and make improvement measures
• Unobstructed communication in Swedish and English, in speech and in writing

About the application
