First impressions last. Therefore, you will be a very important person at the Jeppesen office in your role as our new receptionist. You will greet visitors and callers. You will assist with travel bookings and arrange visits, meetings, conferences and other events. You will support all employees and handle mail distribution and other office duties.

The position is a temporary employment, between mid may 2012 and 31 of August 2013, with the possibility of an extension until January 2014.

Your profile:

We are looking for a person who likes to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment, and who enjoys acting as a representative for the company. You have thorough experience from working in a reception and enjoy the role as 'allt-i-allo'. You are positive, extrovert, flexible and unpretentious. You can easily (and correctly) communicate in both Swedish and English. You are responsible and can take initiatives. You are organized and a skilled administrator. You will be a key person focusing on providing a high level of service to both visitors and employees.
