Position Type: IT Technician
Work Pattern: Mainly office duty, Mon-Fri
Department: Group IT Department
Location: Malmö Sturup Airport
Responsible to: Group IT Manager
Role Summary:
You will be part of the West Atlantic Group IT Support team responsible for the technical part of IT. Our job is to support our 500+ users and make sure they can work properly with IT. You will also be working with our outsourcing provider regarding all server- and infrastructure related issues. The Group IT Department is responsible for all IT and telephony in the group.
Duties:
The main duties/responsibilities for you as IT Technician include, but are not limited to:
• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Provide IT support to our users regarding PC's, printers, networks, file servers and any other IT- or telephony issues that arise.
• Participate in IT-related and telephony projects.
• Prepare internal quotes on IT equipment to other departments upon request.
Qualifications:
We want you to have very good knowledge about, and have experience in working with the following:
• Exchange/Office 365
• Windows Server
• MS SQL Server
• Active Directory
• LAN and WAN
• Application handling
• Citrix
• Client handling/Deployment (Intune/Windows MDT)
• Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
We also want you to:
• Possess a Swedish driving license
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.

• Organized and structured.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good team player.
• A strong feeling to be service minded.
• Have a high sense of urgency.
• Open to travel since the job will require you to travel both within Sweden as well as abroad.
