hela Sverige Since our beginnings 6 years ago, we have grown from a handful of people to over 100 now. We are looking for someone with the skills and personality to handle a wide range of IT tasks. We are offering you, as our very first IT Support professional, the opportunity to build this role from the ground up.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for enhancing our organization and contributing to the evolution of our IT infrastructure. Although your daily routine will likely vary, overall you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Supporting staff with applications such as Google Workspace Suite, Slack, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Preparing accounts and hardware for new joiners
• Manage the purchase and refurbishment of hardware
• Device management, including our test devices (VR/AR headsets)
• Disposing of hardware in a safe and environmentally friendly manner
• Software license management
Who you are
First and foremost, we are looking for an individual with a strong passion for IT, who is practical and takes pride in helping others. You will take responsibility for our IT support function and build it from the ground up. You should be fluent in English. If you have previous experience in a similar role, we consider that very beneficial.
Requirements
• Min. 2 years work experience as a Support technician/specialist or similar
• Service-oriented mindset
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Adobe Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Provide subject matter expertise and implement best practices
• Adapting to changing business issues and requirements
Nice to have
• Experience from the Game industry
• Enjoy testing out new hardware, especially VR/AR consoles
• Budgeting for and experience purchasing hardware and IT-systems
