The operation of Volvo Bil is the sale of new and used cars, car rental, service and repairs, direct service of bodywork and paintwork, car parts, fuel and car wash. Volvo Bil operate as a car dealer.
The customers of Volvo Bil is mainly Volvo Car Group and Volvo Group and their employees. The turnover of Volvo Bil is 6000 MSEK and the number of employees is about 350.
The operation take place in four different locations in Gothenburg; Torslanda, Lundby, Tuve and Arendal.
IT-department works continuously with support to all IT aspects of Volvo Bil, from supporting colleagues with different applications to maintain hardware, communication, register support. Our vision is to give complete business intelligence through optimizing information, maximize real-time reporting and minimizing manual handling.
The Department consists of a dedicated team that support over 550 users with computers, network, phones, multimedia and application development. We handle approx. 60 support cases per day as well as developing a number of special applications to support the business, such as our popular volvobil.se website and benefit car configurator.
We are now looking for a person that will complete our business support / user support within TACDIS and register support.

Your main responsibilities will be
* Consulting and problem solving for users of business systems and recordkeeping.
* The work contains support to users of TACDIS DMS/TACDIS Organizer/TACDIS Cash, Däckdata and record keeping and to have a great understanding how they collaborate and integrate.
* Support the organisation: our different workshops, sales organisation, finance, system development etc.
Since you are an important part of our IT department, you have great possibilities to develop your IT interest and knowledge. Our business is in constant change and you have possibility to make a difference
Required qualifications
* Minimum high school education
* General good IT knowledge
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Office 365
* Good knowledge in TACDIS
