hela Sverige Oriflame Group Support Office in Stockholm is an environment of approximately 400 people almost equally divided into half PC and Mac users. The IT department in this office takes care of its operation and provides the best help and advices to users so that they can do their work in the smoothest possible way.
Now we are looking for a new team member to fill in a position of IT specialist in our IT team whose goal is to provide a single point of contact for our users to receive support and maintenance. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving help requests (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
What we are looking for:
• at least 1 year of working experience in similar positions
• strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, installation of computers and software
• preferably have experience with servers, networks, printers, and remote assistance
We are looking for an enthusiastic, service minded person who loves working with people, has strong skills on detecting and solving technical problems, wants to learn new areas and get real experience in a big company and diverse IT environment.
As a person we believe that you have excellent communication skills and are devoted to constantly improve your skills within your profession. You are fluent in our working language which is English. It is not a requirement but it is good if you also speak Swedish.
