The head office is located in Vika, outside Falun in Sweden. Moreover Dellner has sales and service organizations in 13 countries. The turnover is 100 MEUR with around 600 employees located across the globe.
We are now offering a position as server-technician in our IT team. We are currently three persons in our team, providing IT services and support to our global business. The focus in your position include all infrastructure, locally as well as in the cloud and all internal applications. You will support and maintain operations on the different platforms used by Dellner, the local as well as the cloud-based and the daily maintenance of server environments. You will be placed in Vika, Falun and you report to Global IT Manager.
Your responsibilities
• Infrastructure - network, work-places, hosting, voice communications, e-mail
• Troubleshoot and fix standard issues and assist users with PC related problems
• Software support, PC, phone, printer and other equipment
• Application support
• Administration of Active Directory
• Documenting solutions and instructions
• Contribute to develop procedures and working methods
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Experiences:
• Broad knowledge in IT, hardware (PC) and software
• 5 years' experience from relevant field of work
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft system
• Network
• Office 365
• Hyper-V
• Power Shell
Personal skills:
